Diversity & Cultural Competency Education

The CDCD has been offering diversity and cultural competency education since the mid-1990s. The CDCD works with agencies and community groups to better understand and address issues of diversity in order to create welcoming and inclusive communities.

Workshop materials can be customized to accommodate any group. The following organizations have recently benefited from CDCD's diversity education and services.

TAKING A STAND

TAKING A STAND is an interactive workshop that assists organizations in addressing structures, policies and practices that may be exclusionary to some groups of people in our community.
