This workshop, led by Alison Baxter, Manager of Social Planning and Research at the Community Development Council Durham, is ideal for grassroots organizations. It focuses on equipping participants with the essential tools needed to create effective programs, achieve their goals, and enhance program impact.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be knowledgeable about how to:
- Design a program with clear goals and objectives.
- Integrate evaluation during the program planning phase.
- Effectively implement a program that meets planned goals and objectives.
- Evaluate both the process and outcomes of your program
Alison is a Community Psychologist with expertise in Program Evaluation and Research in community based settings. She has been the Manager, Social Planning and Research at Community Development Council Durham (CDCD) for two years. Prior to coming to CDCD , she held Evaluation and Research roles in the homelessness, children’s mental health, health care and education sectors.
